My Bookish Mission

Hi, I'm Jane the Founder and Host of The Cotswold Book Nook Reading Groups.

I aim to create a welcoming and enjoyable gathering for everyone who shares a love of reading.

Once a month I host my three Reading Groups in cosy coffee shops/cafes in Gloucester, the heart of the local community. Two groups meet on a Monday morning and the other one meets on a Wednesday morning.

I gently facilitate my Book Clubs in a way that makes all of my members feel included and listened to. I offer you a welcoming space where you can discover new perspectives, authors and genres, engage in fun and lively conversations and make new friends.

There are WhatsApp Groups for all Book Clubs to keep you up-to-date. 

These Book Clubs are only open to Over 18's.

What makes my Reading Groups different?

• We don't all read the 'same' book.

• You can choose our reading theme if you like. 

• It won't cost you £100+ per year to be a member. 

• You can read any format of book. 

• I run a monthly raffle.

• We always meet in person. 

• I arrange a variety of engaging bookish events. 

• My WhatsApp Groups and Social Media will keep you up-to-date with useful information such as meeting dates, reading themes, author events and social events.
